Team Heart is a non-profit medical organization focused on bringing sustainable cardiac care to Rwanda.

Their mission is to increase access to cardiac care for the vulnerable population of Rwanda through direct care, skill transfer, education and improved facilities.

By doing so, they give children and young adults, affected by advanced Rheumatic Heart Disease(RHD) a chance to live, through cardiac valve replacement surgery.
