We understand that our styles and color choices change-over-time. Tired of your current Tierra style? Tired of your sunglasses color? No problem! after 6-months, you can do a one-time trade-in, and change your old pair of Tierra’s for any of our new collection. It’s free of charge, you pay for shipping.
Follow these steps to trade in your old pair of Tierra Sunglasses:
- Read our Trade-in policy to ensure you are eligible for a trade-in
- Email us at beawesome@tierrasunglasses.com with your name and order number
- We will provide you with a trade-in form for you to complete
- Complete the form
- Pack the item(s). Remember to include the trade-in form and the return shipping label (so we can send the new shades back to you)
- Ship us your old Tierra pair to 1303 Powell St, Emeryville, CA, 94608
- Once we receive your old sunnies and confirm your previous purchase we’ll ship your new pair immediately (typically takes 48 hours after we receive your parcel)
