We are thrilled to have you on our site! We (Catalina Martinez and Sebastian Salazar), are the founders of Tierra Sunglasses.

Who are we? A happily married couple, with passion for #sunglasses #adventure, #outdoors and #sports.

It all started on a speedboat going to Phuket when some strong winds blew our sunglasses into the ocean. Yup, the ocean took $900 dollars worth of shades. Anecdote: listen to your captain.

In our quest to find new affordable shades, we discovered that most sunglasses brands are overpriced, have limited boring styles, limited color availability, and most of them have non polarized lenses.

Bummed out, we headed back to our hotel, had our "aha" moment and decided to create our sunglasses brand (Easier said than done).

(2) Sunglasses should be affordable. All our styles are $20 dollars. 

(3) Sunglasses should fit your unique lifestyle. They should tell a story of who we are and how we love to live.
